1. Your organization may only win one prize, with the exception of the addition of a Closing Celebration Prize Giveaway (awarded at the Closing Ceremony at Rose Tree Park. Only organizations present at the Closing Celebration are eligible for the Closing Celebration Games Giveaway).
2. Fairness in determining prize winners is essential. Foundation staff do not determine prize winners, this platform randomly generates winners from a donor pool who have donated during the noted time slot.
3. A unique donor is intended to be defined as ONE individual. The primary method of determining a unique donor is the email address used when donating; however, we utilize other data analysis techniques to ensure fair play. The Foundation reserves the right to address discrepancies and determines the number of unique donors to an organization.
4. In the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen randomly.
5. All decisions are final, and the Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any organization from prizes if, in our determination, an organization is not engaging in fair play.
6. Prize winners will be posted to the delcogives.org prize page, announced through social media, at the kick-off event, live stream, or Closing Ceremony.
7. The Foundation will award any prize winnings with your organization's final payout.
