Hi everyone! As the Social Recreation Coordinator for the Delaware County Advocacy & Resource Organization (DCARO), I have the best job in the world. Every day, I get to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities step out into the community, build lasting friendships, and find a true sense of belonging.

This work is incredibly near and dear to my heart, so I know firsthand how vital inclusion and social connection are for a fulfilling life. Seeing our participants grow in confidence and joy is the most rewarding experience I could ask for.
