Delaware County Advocacy & Resource Organization (DCARO) provided my sister in-law Jeanne Larson with social and recreational activities, Pennhurst monitoring, quality of life interviews (IM4Q), free advocacy, opportunities to participate in community events and many friendships.
In Jeanne’s memory, I am honored to continue to support Delaware County adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as a DCARO member.
