Seven school districts in Delaware County serve communities where the majority of families are living at or below the federal poverty level. When families are struggling, are they going to buy groceries or notebooks? Pay rising utility bills or buy new folders, pens or a calculator?
And when school budgets are stretched to capacity, teachers can turn to Teachers' Teammates to fill the gap in classroom supplies so their students have the materials they need to succeed.
