🏗️ Where Lansdowne's creative economy gets to work.

Utility Works is a 7,500 sq. ft. building on Baltimore Ave. that houses 23 designated artist studios, a MakerSpace stocked with professional equipment, a community ceramics studio, and an art gallery — all under one roof, all open to the wider Delaware County community.

At $50 a month, a MakerSpace membership gives artists, makers, and entrepreneurs access to tools and workspace that would otherwise be out of reach: laser cutters, 3D printers, sublimation printers, and more. For many members, it's not just a workspace — it's the thing that makes their creative practice possible.

"It became the most stable part of my life...The community is growing, businesses are opening up, creative opportunities are given importance, and when you drive through Lansdowne, you see the work they have done, it's beautiful." — Lee, Ceramic Studio Coordinator

Utility Works is built on the belief that professional creative infrastructure shouldn't be a privilege. Your gift helps keep it that way.
