The Freedom Community Development Center will serve underserved communities across Delaware County by addressing critical needs such as food insecurity, at-risk youth, and unemployment. Through mentorship programs, educational workshops, workforce development, and food distribution, supporting youth, families, seniors, and women with the tools and resources needed to thrive.
We are seeking donor support to acquire and develop a new community facility that will expand our reach, strengthen our programs, and provide a central, safe space to better serve and empower the Delco community.
