Rho Chi Community UPLIFT supports the national initiatives of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, focusing on providing scholarship and community service in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania—specifically the City of Chester and Delaware County, PA area.
In order to advance the community toward success and education as needed to establish more stability for families, the organization's main concept is to encourage the environment to progress toward safety and education while creating a space for decreasing poverty and the need for improvement.
Rho Chi Community UPLIFT aims to prepare all individuals with adequate resources and services as it relates to youth development, elder/older adult care, educational workshops, health care and other community programs.
