Park Avenue Community Center

Now in its fourth year of operation, the Park Avenue Community Center (PAC Center) builds community, inspires creativity, and improves the health and wellness of Delaware County residents of all ages through classes, workshops, events and spaces to simply gather and be together.

Through our programs focused on Children & Youth, Health & Wellness, and Arts & Culture, we create welcoming, accessible spaces where people of all ages can learn, grow, and connect. From new mothers finding friendship in our free breastfeeding support group to senior citizens having a place to meet and socialize, the PAC Center is an essential hub of human connection.

We believe creativity and wellness are essential—helping people reduce stress, build resilience, and feel more grounded in today’s fast-paced world. Whether through the arts, movement, or shared experiences, our programs offer meaningful ways to reconnect—with ourselves and each other.

One of the PAC Center's core missions is accessibility and we welcome people from communities throughout Delaware County. Every year, we strive to offer additional free and low-cost programming. There are now nearly a dozen such programs, from Family Live Arts Cultural Series and free music jams to community drum circles and our weekly Summer Senior Program, featuring free creative projects along with lunch for senior citizens. 

We have also extended our outreach activities through PAC on the Road, bringing arts and movement-based engagement and relationship building out into the wider community.
