Young people are remarkable.

But it’s hard to be a young person right now—stress, anxiety, social media, substance use, relationships, and pressure from all sides can feel overwhelming. And while most adults want to help, it’s not always easy to know how.

That’s where SpeakUp! comes in.

We create safe spaces where middle and high school students can talk openly and honestly about the challenges they’re facing—with adults who are ready to listen. Through our school-based programs and community conversations, we bring together youth, parents, caregivers, and educators to strengthen the connections that help young people thrive.

When teens are empowered to speak up—and adults are equipped to truly hear them—everything changes. Conversations get real. Trust is built. And lives are impacted.
