Living with mental illness can be isolating—not just for individuals, but for their families as well. We are here to change that. By fostering connection and community, we provide a safe space where people feel seen, heard, and supported.

One in five people in the U.S. experiences mental illness. That means more than 100,000 of our neighbors in Delaware County are navigating these challenges. We are committed to reaching as many of them as possible with compassion and care.

Education and Awareness

We believe recovery is possible—and it starts with knowledge, understanding, and support. Through education, peer-led programs, advocacy, and public awareness, we empower individuals, families, and communities.

At the heart of our work is a grassroots network of dedicated volunteers who bring lived experience, empathy, and expertise. We provide education and resources to families, healthcare providers, employers, law enforcement, schools, and faith communities—ensuring that those in a position to help are equipped to do so effectively.
