About Family Village

Family Village is a trusted community resource supporting families in Delaware County from pregnancy through early childhood. We connect parents and caregivers to high-quality home visiting, maternal and child health programs, and essential family support. We meet families where they are and we are proud to walk alongside them during some of life’s most important (and stressful) moments.

Our work centers on strengthening families, improving health outcomes, and ensuring every parent has access to respectful, reliable care and information, no matter their zip code, income, or background.

This year, as we lead up to Mother’s Day, we are especially focused on supporting moms. Moms are often the foundation of families, carrying countless roles at once, cheerleader, therapist, coach, and steady source of strength for so many of us. This is an opportunity to show up for the moms in our community, ensuring they have the support, resources, and care they need to thrive. Because it takes a village—and you are part of our village.
