Donor Definition: A donor is defined as an individual or a corporation/business. For prizes requiring unique donations, multiple gifts from one donor to the same nonprofit will count as a single gift. The Foundation uses email addresses to identify unique donors.
Prize Limits: Your organization may win only one prize, with the exception of the Cash Grab and Community Spirit Prizes awarded at the Closing Celebration.
In the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen randomly.
Qualifying Gifts: Only online donations made through the Delco Gives website qualify for prizes. Checks and cash donations are encouraged for your overall total, but do not count toward prize eligibility or unique donor tallies. A participating organization may not make a donation to its own fundraising page to help secure a prize. Any individual, including personnel employed by or affiliated with a participating organization, may donate.
Prizes are awarded to the nonprofit, not the donor.
Prize money does not count toward matches.
Prize winners will be posted to the delcogives.org prize page, announced at the Kick-off event or Closing Ceremony.
The Foundation will distribute any prize winnings as part of your organization's final payout.
All decisions are final, and the Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any organization from prizes if, in our determination, an organization is not engaging in fair play.
