Learning Together, Growing Together …

The Collingdale Public Library proudly serves a diverse and growing population, including many immigrant families, by providing a welcoming and inclusive space for people of all backgrounds. We offer free internet and computer access, along with educational and community building opportunities for all ages.

Children are supported through programs like Toddler Tales and Kids’ Club, while middle-grade students benefit from our weekly free tutoring services. Adults connect, create, and stay active during programs such as Crochet Corner, Puzzle Club, and Senior Chair Exercises, or build skills through free workshops like Basic Computing and Property Tax Rebate assistance. 

Looking ahead in 2026, we are excited to further enhance our community impact. Plans are underway to create a community garden this summer, designed to teach children about the growth cycle while promoting environmental awareness and providing a peaceful gathering space for all. We also hope to add a vibrant mural to the front of the building to welcome visitors and encourage greater community engagement.
