Empowering Lives Through the Game of Golf

PGA REACH Philadelphia is the 501(c)(3) charitable arm of the Philadelphia PGA Section, with a mission to positively impact lives through the game of golf. We are committed to growing the game and changing lives by focusing on three core pillars:

Youth

We introduce young people to the values and joy of golf, creating a welcoming space for all kids — especially those from underserved communities — to grow, learn, and thrive. Through programs like PGA Jr. League, Drive, Chip & Putt, and our Diversity Scholarship Program, we provide access, mentorship, and opportunity where it’s needed most.

Military Veterans

Through PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere), we use golf as a form of therapy and rehabilitation for military veterans and active-duty service members. Veterans find community, purpose, and healing — often experiencing life-changing breakthroughs through their time on the course.

Inclusion & Community

We are building a more inclusive game by creating pathways for historically underrepresented groups — from introducing golf to diverse youth, to mentoring college students through the PGA WORKS Fellowship, and supporting adaptive golf initiatives across the region.
