Gentle Gratitude

Gentle Gratitude is a community-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting underserved individuals and families throughout the region. We provide essential resources including groceries, hot meals, hygiene products, diapers, clothing, coats, toys, and menstrual supplies to those facing financial hardship.

Through consistent outreach and hands-on programming, we work to meet immediate needs while promoting dignity, stability, and overall well-being. Our efforts are rooted in compassion and connection, ensuring that every individual we serve feels seen, supported, and valued.

In recognition of Menstrual Hygiene Month, this campaign specifically supports our Flow Freedom initiative in Delaware County. Many students across Delco lack reliable access to basic feminine hygiene products—something that directly impacts their attendance, confidence, and health.

With your support, we can change that.

On average, just $15 provides one student with a 3 month supply of menstrual products, while additional funding allows us to supply schools with an average of 500 pads per school, ensuring no student has to go without.

At its core, Gentle Gratitude is about showing up for the community—providing not just resources, but care, hope, and a sense of belonging.
