Family and Community Service of Delaware County (FCSDC) has proudly served the residents of the county since 1913! 

For more than 110 years FCSDC has focused on one enduring mission: meeting the basic needs of our most vulnerable neighbors. The needs have changed, the challenges have evolved, but our commitment to Delaware County has never wavered.

Today, FCSDC's commitment takes shape through three core programs:

• Housing Services — helping community members who were experiencing homelessness secure and maintain stable housing, a foundation for everything else in life. 

• Mental Health Counseling — providing accessible, professional therapy to children, adolescents, and adults facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Medical Case Management — offering dedicated support, resources, and care coordination for County residents living with HIV and other health challenges.
