CMPRadio Foundation

A nonprofit organization

CMPRadio is where young voices learn how to carry themselves, their message and their voice with purpose.

We're a nonprofit community radio station and training ground for teenagers and college students who want to learn broadcasting, podcasting, interviewing, and production — skills they often can't get anywhere else. For a lot of our students, the first time they sit behind the mic here is the first time an adult has told them their voice matters. We take that moment seriously.

Our studios produce a growing lineup of shows hosted and shaped by young people and community voices — Uncomfortable Conversations, The Cut Up Podcast, Talkin Black, The Wonderful World of Rich Blye, and Celebration of Maternal Health and Wellness, among others. Beyond the booth, our youth broadcasters cover and contribute to community events across the region, from school partnerships to bookbag giveaways to the Autism Walk. It's how we teach that good radio doesn't just talk about a community — it shows up for it.

None of this happens without donors. A gift to CMP Radio Foundation on Delco Gives pays for the studio time, equipment, training, and mentorship that keep the programs running and the signal on. Whether you've been listening for years or you're just meeting us, we'd be honored to have you with us.
